Chat Do I Look Amish?

Hey, upper east emailers, sister Tew here! I'm in Denham Springs Louisiana for my first area and it is so awesome. My trainer is sis Rasmussen and she is the sweetest person ever. She is so knowledgeable in the gospel and how to be a missionary. I already love her so much for reals!! Also for any other greenies on here I got the first hug from sis Smuin!!!  Okay travel day was actually crazy! We had to wake up at 3:30 in the morning to go check out of the mtc by 4:30. After that we loaded all our stuff in a bus we drove to the airport and ended up being like 4 hours early for our flight. After a very boring 4 hours we flew to Dallas and I was planning on staying awake so it would be easier to sleep that night but I was slumped. When we landed in Dallas we had like 40 minutes to get on our connecting flight. No worries guys we made it like 5 minutes before doors closed. Hey, upper east emailers, sister Tew here! This week went by so fast for reals. I get shipped off to Louisiana tomorrow and honestly idk how I feel about it. Overall I'm so excited to share the love of Christ with the people there!! I also learned how to say a very simple prayer in italian this week incase anyone was wondering.  This week was a very spiritual one thats for sure. For starters all the new mission presidents, some of the 70, and most of the 12 apostles were here. When I tell you the spirit was so strong the second they got on campus. It was so cool to talk to some of the new mission presidents. They all radiate such a strong christlike light and love.  In class on Thursday we had the opprtunity to talk with elder Bednar. It was so cool. The spirit was so strong the second he walked into our classroom. He ended up staying a whole hour to answer some of our questions. Heavenly Father And Mary Did It?

Hey, upper east emailers, sister Tew here! For starters goodbyes are fr so hard, but it makes me realize how lucky I am to have such amazing people in my life. Love you all so much for real!!!! Also If you're wondering mtc food is very much um not good. Makes me miss brunch at AXO real bad! Shout out my az brunch goons! First full day at the mtc was crazy. Started the day by going to the Timp. Temple to do baptisims/initiatories and then we went again later in the week to do endownments. Ngl it was kinda sad being so close to my home, but the temple fr is my favorite place ever honestly.
